I remember as a kid there were places to use the bathroom and drinking fountains everywhere. Now thats gone. Ticketing homeless people just makes it worse. Towing a homeless families car is really dumb, now the family is on the street.

The homeowners should be able to sue the city for lowering their property values.

*Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about.* Deny instincts to be cruel. *Think before you speak and choose to be kind.* _Choose to be charitable._ *Know that there is a Holy Trinity. So be brave. Have faith. Be humble.* Find the courage to grasp a *real-man's* first obligation; *to protect his family and our Mother the Earth. From being injured and killed* _due to the bottomless greed of Satan's minions._ Amen.

*Reducing rents in America by 50% part 4 of 4:* There is allot of land being ravaged by extinction by the year 2060, runaway-AGW extreme weather events. Using this land that will be ravaged again by floods 3 feet higher; to establish *Homeless Shelter Villages* [HSV]; _built on trailers._ So like a Native American village the entire community can be moved to follow the buffalo or avoid a flood. *No part of America will be left untouched by its procrastination to taking the steps to stop extinction by the year 2060; due to catastrophic-runaway-anthropogenic-global-warming [CRAGW].*

That area is going to be a swamp during a decent rain. Perhaps they can put tents on the frames of stolen bicycles.

LOL it doesn't look like they have a grocery store I guess they're trying to say vegans aren't welcome to be homeless in there Kansas unless they're mighty kind enough and bring them vegan options seeing how they pity at those who eat grass in the first place maybe not I don't live there just looking out just hearing that they have rules makes me already suspicious that they don't have vegan options for them with those types of precedents I don't think they can force the homeless population to live there unless it's the law that you have to eat dead animals or be laughed at eating grass so they eat you which is a stupid law not paying the tech taxes out there in Kansas which need I remind is also vegan

They are all on meth and fentanyl, they aren't worried about an ethical diet. I'm sure there isn't a free shuttle. There is probably a store within walking distance of the park.

These are the component to create *Homeless Shelter Villages* [HSV] using _Pallet Shelter's_ existing HSV products: the _Community Room_ sells for $37,000, the _Bathroom_ costs $35,000, and the _Services Office_ costs $9,000. So for only $81,000 a city can establish a HSV. The two person _Shelter 64_ costs $7,000. 100 X $7,000 = $7,000,000. For $7,201,000 the city can establish a HSV for 200 residents. For $160 million a city can establish 22 HSVs to shelter 4,000 residents.

*Paragraph 1 of 4.* _The UN is supporting a design for a new floating city that can house the homeless while withstanding a Category 5 hurricane_ April 3, 2019 This news article is from _INSIDER._ *Build and anchor these floating cities for the homeless ON LAND that has already been flooded and will be flooded in the future by FLOODS 3 FEET HIGHER.* The United Nations just unveiled a concept for a floating city that can hold around 10,000 residents. The city is built to withstand natural disasters like floods, tsunamis, and hurricanes. The design comes from architect Bjarke Ingels and floating city builder _Oceanix._ At a roundtable on Wednesday, the UN said *floating cities could help protect people from sea-level rise while addressing the lack of affordable housing in major cities.* What once seemed like the moonshot vision of tech billionaires and idealistic architects could soon become a concrete solution to several of the world's most pressing challenges. At a United Nations roundtable on Wednesday, a group of builders, engineers, and architects debuted a concept for an affordable floating city. Unlike instances in the past when these futuristic designs have been met with skepticism, the executive director of the _United Nations Human Settlement Programme_ (UN-Habitat), Maimunah Mohd Sharif, said the UN would support and shepherd this project to fruition. "Everybody on the team actually wants to get this built," said Marc Collins, the CEO of _Oceanix,_ a company that builds floating structures. "We're not just theorizing."
