- In this video, Jeremy reacts to the all-new flagship sprinter conversion from Outside Vans. For decades, Outside Van® has been pushing the envelope for what it means to be an Adventure Van. They’ve taken what they learned building custom vans and condensed that knowledge into an Adventure Van that is mass-produced while still maintains the quality and serviceability standards that have defined what makes Outside Van® unique.
Jeremy dives into the pre-release photos and uncovers the features of the 144” All-Wheel-Drive chassis and determines the Syncline ideal for the adventurous-at-heart looking for a unique and capable platform to explore and enjoy the outdoors. Outside Van has developed a new layout that not only packs in the features needed for a premium experience, but also is adaptable for any adventure-based lifestyle.

Excited to buy one!
The best galley setup IMO is the Storyteller.
Reason being, the groove lounge. Lay it down to a bed, it becomes a bench & now you can have 4 regular size people sit down on it just to hangout.
If the bed is down in the back, then you can literally have 7 people hanging out in the galley if the weather is bad outside.
And the fact that the groove lounge is DOT approved, you can treat the van like a regular van. A regular van by means of picking up 2 passengers from the airport or going on a double date.
If the storyteller was able to sell the groove lounge to the public, then I’m sure outside van & the rest of the other van companies can do wonders with it.
FYI
I don’t have a van & I have a family of 4 & a big dog.
If Storyteller was able to sell their vans in 170/170ext, then I would have already bought it.
Since they don’t, I may be purchasing my van from outside van. I’m just trying to save & save & save so that I don’t have to deal with Biden’s interest rates. I want to pay everything in full.
Great review of this van. I was really going in the direction of a storyteller but I think this Syncline is calling to me. What a bullet proof design. and the build seems top notch! Quick question - in this video there is a curtain separating the cab from the rest of the van with a zip out in the center. Do you have any info on that curtain?
Wish these were legal in Canada with the rear passenger seats.
Nice van, but I hate that Murphy bed. When I've been out hiking or playing and come back to rest, I don't want a mattress with seams in it. I go for a raised bed and a nice garage underneath a fixed bed.😊
Awesome video
❤
I like it, but like anything else I would have to rent one for a couple of weeks to see if it works for us. Last time we bought a custom camper online, we spent a lot of money and were disappointed with the results after a few days of using it. The fact that this will be a production model means the bugs will be all worked out in the future and that's a good thing. I will keep looking at these since it will be a year or so before we are ready to pull the trigger, just a shame we are on the east coast.
cool camper
Do we have an estimate on price?
What is the price?
Starting at 232,000$.
This YUPPIE Adventure van must be super expensive. There is no price on their website. PRICE!!!!
Starting with the model range of 2023, it makes no sense to consider the Sprinter 4x4 in the off-road format. The manufacturer turned it into an SUV. If you drive it off-road, you will be disappointed. Moreover, in situations with protracted descents, you have a high chance of overheating the brakes, losing the ability to stop your vehicle, and depending on the situation, it can be the last trip in the life of everyone in the van.
Starting in 2023, you have a regular rear-wheel drive van that might be a little more confident in some simple driving situations on asphalt or hard-surfaced roads, that's all. Therefore, in this case, "4x4" is only marketing.
Ok, no restroom an out.
Only $100,000.00 dollars!
Water tank too small.
Nice… but 230k plus just isn’t worth it.
