Well I guess the lines and signs were a waste of money !!! Why not just stop all the beautiful ceremony of the guard changes. Just fence in the back lot into bunch of small pens and allow the tourist to aggravate the horses there.

I'm sure that if these troopers had been given explicit instructions to enforce the rules, they would. The penalties are quite harsh for disobeying orders. From what I understand, it is not their job to police the public/tourists.
Where are the rules written up? Only people who watch these channels know all! You people seem to forget that probably 95% are foreign tourists visiting this country. THEY DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE RULES. Get a life!

Yup...it wasn't until the end when the guard came out to do his hourly inspection that I actually saw the lines. I thought maybe this was an older video because people were still misbehaving and getting close to the horses.
@@Gwennedd People are very frustrated because the guards have to step up. They are allowing their horses to be stressed. That's why all of a sudden, the additions to the signs. Then another sign in a picture form. And now the white lines like come on. Those guards have to step up or be reprimanded.
You can't see the lines because the camera is angled just above but if you look at the floor of the guard house and look at the doors, they have fresh black paint from the repairs made in last couple of weeks.

I have no respect at all for that guard, just can't believe hessays nothing. I felt bad for them before n now well, it's on them. I'm really confused on what they're doing, obviously some of the tourist have no respect for themselves, why have any for others.
Again the guards afraid of doing their job in protecting the horse , my father was in the royal army veterinary corps and he love the horses , so much so that when he retired to live in melton mowbray where the barracks are he went back as a night watchman to be with the horses , when he passed away the funeral cars passed the army camp on the way to the crematorium and the army grooms rode the horses to the fence by the road and stood in silence as we passed , my father would have deeply loved that kindness shown by the army , he would be so upset with the lack of care for the horses at horse guards by the guards at the moment , painting lines and putting up signs and doing nothing is disrespectful to the regiment and the soldiers who have gone before it greatly saddens me
Some of them think they are supposed to be INSIDE the white lines. They look down to see where their feet are. Which is what I said when the lines first appeared.
