I’m so glad you’re being honest about this because I’ve had my suspicions for years and it’s nothing to be ashamed about because we all fell into these traps at the end of the day and I’m glad we’re moving on now and cutting the bs, wow how things have changed from even just 2 years ago x
I used to avoid dairy because of the stigma around it and the ‘pus’ rumours. Now I’m lactose intolerant and can’t have it for real, it’s so hard when it’s not by choice 😫 totally feel you about the alternative milk in coffee
Start with ghee! I used to be intolerant. I started drinking bone broth with ghee for a few months then started adding goat cheese or Parmesan once a week then slowly increased and tried other organic cheeses slowly. now I can eat cream cheese and yogurt after slowly incorporating dairy starting with ghee over a few months.

Girl no I completely understand what you mean with the walking, obviously moving your body and going outside is awesome but everything in moderation. Movement should be joyful not a chore or something to ease a compulsion/ discomfort.

I use capcut for my phone- i dont have a mac i have a windows pc so i use filmora wondershare x
When I go on a walk after eating my stomach starts to hurt.. So this is something I never understood how this is supposed to help with digestion 😅
