Well, in their defense, the movie never flat- out says that Steve Wilkins was a school principal (He was, of course, but they never acknowledged it), so it's not that surprising they didn't connect the dots on that one.

@American Girls LPS honestly yeah, and it's so disappointing to not be able to get the thrill of going through a haunt the way I used to. I enjoy going mostly for the scenery and the ambience, love to see the amount of effort put into the sets and seeing their hard work pay off is nice as well.

All these werewolves were reused from the American Werewolf in London maze a few years ago.
Lightning Nerd They also used the werewolves in the Universal Monsters maze.

Actually no lol, I heard a rumor that supposedly the maze that made Universal go above their budget was the "Universal Monsters" maze. Supposedly some costumes the employees had inside that place costed around $ 20,000 each, so yeah Universal went way above their budget and had to make cuts to the mazes all around the park which makes me sad :(

And the Demagorgon costume is atrocious. It looks like something you would find at Spirit. They did the Xenomorph so much better.

@Bryan Pullingoose i'm not saying it wouldn't be scary, it just seems less elaborate than the years before. they did really well with what they have. the mazes in Florida this year outshine the hollywood ones on a whole other level, though... a level i haven't seen before.
The repourpseing of props form previos years is always something done is always something that's done.

One of the better mazes. We went last night to HHN and went into this maze knowing nothing about it and was pleasantly surprised.

I liked Orlando’s version better too. There were elements I liked from Hollywood and wish I could take what I like from both houses and make one spectacular Trick or Treat house.
Ash Settle you like what you like. No judgment if you like Hollywood better. There were parts of both houses I liked I just like a lot more things in Orlando’s. Even know both parks used the same property you can tell they were developed independently from one another each having their own charm. And just because something was first doesn’t mean it’s better.

anyone from the UK here i hope you would agree the fright night mazes put these to shame. maybe not with theming, but the acting and the fact they're allowed to touch you and they say things is so much better. none of these mazes even look scary!

As a big fan of the movie this would be amazing to walk through. I wish it was scarier to be honest, I feel the scares are very predictable and I like when they aren’t. But just as a fan of the movie I would be on cloud 9 walking through.

dcarl789 when you’re in there though, it’s super dark so you can’t see them. That’s why they have the flashing lights. It’s just they used a light on the camera for this video so they could capture the girls and all the details

underwhelmed, they had some good ideas like Sam on the ceiling but he should have dropped down..and the opened door with the trick r treaters just standing there , one or all should have moved forward, not just stand there.
The ceiling figure sprays water at you actually. Or rather spits water at guests. Dunno if that helps any, but does do more than just hang there.

Fun fact: The werewolves used in this video are the same props used from HHN 2014 with American Werewolf In London. So happy to see our favorite murderous werewolf has returned to terrorize park goers once again.
They were used again recently but were painted bright colors, I can’t remember which maze that was though 🤔
