Got 2k in 2s for the first time and now climbing to 2k in Shuffle, this season is already over but I got a lot of confidence because of Shuffle. I play Healer and at beginning I had just one healer and nothing else, then I played other healers and learned more stuff. It feels so good going 5-1 or 6-0 as healer and at one point I was with 2.3k+ players in the shuffle and it felt so good playing with these dudes. Every round is another 50/50 chance to win. My goal is definetly 2.4k in shuffle next season and I think its doable based what I learned in this season

Dude, YES! Could not agree more! Especially for the RBG bracket. So many of them are just dog water, however, have over-inflated opinions of where they stand on a skill level. The humbling will happen.
This is exactly what I feel. But Blizzard doesn't think this and didn't even make it possible to get the gladiator mount in the Solo Shuffle bracket. But I feel that Solo RBG's I is a bit more objective based and very spec dependent. Ranged specs always dominate too much in BGs for melee to shine. Also because RBGs are objective based, they don't test how well a player has been able to master his spec like solo shuffle/arena does. Also one more thing about solo shuffle is that there are no comms present like you see in you average 3s games on twitch/youtube.
they will add a mount to solo next expansion maybe even next patch....also i disagree with your ranged vs melee assessment in rbg...i think certian specs will fall behind in the solo q rbg format but it wont have to do with being ranged or melee....and at the absolute highest lvl of rbgs you will both have to master your spec and master objective based gameplay which will make rbgs the absolute most skilled bracket in the game.
higher dampening rewards consistent damage....making the "only do goes" playstyle worse....hiding behind pillars between goes is not high skilled gameplay sorry to say.
In SS you gotta carry and there are no comms. It's made worse by how often one person jumps in with all blues on and auto-losses whatever team they end up on every single round. Or you agree on a soft / hard / swap plan only for the brain dead DPS to go do the complete opposite. Or the brain dead DPS that goes straight for the healer without swapping the entire match, while the healer keks. Or the tank / off specs that have no idea what they're doing and decided to learn on the fly in SS instead of skirmish. Or the AFK'ers that don't snap out of it and start playing until you're almost smoked, if at all. Or the tard DPS that don't use their defensive CDs and then blame the healer. It's the complete randomness of the matches that make SS so difficult to climb. I'm not sure if these are still issues way at the top, but climbing is hell because of these things. Also, my dude, of all the things you told us you ARE, you left one thing out - with all do respect you come off as a narcissist. That doesn't mean you can't help us all get better by sharing your knowledge (which is much appreciated), but damn son, the self-aggrandizing is suffocating. We see the rankings, we know you're damn good. This is just one guy's opinion. I otherwise love the content and hope you keep it coming.
i obviously dont know the intents of why streamers and content creators play solo shuffle, but i think most of them only q solo shuffle just to have something to play for their viewers, it's for the content, not to be the best in solo shuffle also they q into the same teams in 3v3 and it gets boring for them
