Useful and interesting overview. One thing I didn't hear mentiioned at all - amongst several other important artifacts, was the Charter - an important / essential 'stake in the ground.' And you should also lable the lines you drew in the last part of the presentation to be clear on what they stood for.

project phases are the 4 phases that encompass the project life cycle. But Project groups might be leaving this little niche of project management phases and going to actual project groups formed to take on the phases.
