I made this soup, Heghineh! It turned out, as I expected, delicious. I made some modifications though: substituted some leftover beef for chicken, skipped chickpeas (I hadn't any) and added some rice. Fruit lavash really makes the dish and gives it it's unique tart flavor. Thank you!
That's really good that you came up with your own ways of Armenian Cuisine cooking but as people who are not familiar at all with Armenian Cuisines and they really wish to learn AUTHENTIC recipes from Armania. Because Armenian old people developed Armenian recipes from learning the values of ingredients and they way they used to cook them have beneficial values so please do tutorials on authentic recipes like the old ottoman chefs didn't fry vegetables or meat, they boil them so all the benefits of ingredients come in water or soup. Besides all I truly love your work!😘♥️🌸
This is really a soup fit for a king! I can imagine the taste: sour with fruit lavash (which I happen to haVe in my pantry), fruity with quinces and savory with this chicken (although lamb would be especially good here, I think😬). Thank you, Heghineh, for all your work and for giving such a good example as a parent, it inspires me when I speak with my children.😊
TheBuffchic thank you , yes he was faster than me, I did wash the cutting board after he walked over it with his dirty little feet :) And you are absolutely right, I do let me kids do lots of things, but I also remember to discipline and teach what's right or wrong

Ask Armenians and they will even tell you that “Bozbaş” is ancient Armenian word 🤦♂️

Looks great! I enjoy watching Heghineh in her kitchen. I am surprised that she let the little child walk across her cutting board!
