he has one of the sweetest smiles i’ve ever seen
Definitely not the same as it ever was !! Always thought of David as a kind of scientist/artist who used music as a laboratory. Listening to a lot of TH's lately and it's aged amazingly well. Timeless
David seems very chill, and there's no doubt about that at all.
Such a humble and chill guy
David Byrne is on list of my favorite human beings ❤He points out how special we are!
Please, please, please give us a movie about Talking Heads with Cillian Murphy playing David Byrne.
That...honestly is an amazing idea
no
So lucky to get this insight into David and the band, thank you David.💙
DB is brilliant. He has inspired my life for decades. The ending of this interview is perfect David. ❤️
American Utopia was one of the greatest things I have ever seen. Saw it in the cinema and just sat stunned for 10 mins after. What a totally amazing thing to create.
The man behind Talking heads. What a legend.
While Mr Byrne's music has never really appealed to me, I have always respected the effort he has put into his craft and his willingness to take chances and go off the beaten path. It is refreshing to see people that follow their muse wherever it leads them. I enjoy hearing him talk about his art and his process.
I just adore David's laugh. He's so genuine.
David Byrne always seemed like an enigma to me for years and years but he's really just another artist who was able to carve his own path and learn to own all of the unique, idiosyncratic aspects that make him, him.
The ending. Brilliant.
Love this guy, saying he's sincere still wouldn't do him justice.
He is so inspiring - great man - great human beeing
He’s such a natural and engaging person.
I was going to say "national treasure" but we really need a term like "global treasure" for this guy.
Absolutely love him. Thank you for the interesting info and the laughs. He's so comfortable now, unlike the early years. What a wonderful man.
"Not only does he think I'm a fictional character, but it's a psycho killer." 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
David Byrne changed my life... in a good way? I had '77 & 'More Songs..." on constant loop for 6 months.
My 2nd favorite part of the interview!🤣
I absolutely adore talking heads and even some of david's solo stuff and colabs with st vincent. He seems like a very down to earth guy and I'd love to see a more long form interview with him.
I have just recently became a talking heads fan and this came out just at the right time.
Shouldn't this be called "Byrning" questions?
Love David Byrne, he's the absolute coolest.

A missed opportunity right there
I love that I can hear a bit of his singing voice in his normal speaking.
His most played song (on Spotify at least) is Psycho Killer for anyone wondering
I appreciate this video. I’m not feeling good right now so it’s really nice to see him get all of his charm and humor. It just makes things that much easier❤️ you really don’t know how much this means to me right now.
I hope you're doing well.
Have loved him my whole life! Thanks for this!!!
His emotional reaction to the song about the mother ... 💜. He has a good heart.

Neko Case "Honolulu". I'd be curious about his playlists.
So impressed, what an interesting guy. So sharp and attractive. I couldn't believe his age when I looked it up. Some older men really rock. Miss the 80s so much and grateful for the great music.
I absolutely fangirled once I saw this was posted 4 days ago.
David is Himself and its beautiful!
