Don't be a plank. That kind of cash is suspect. Most only use cards now and barely have a fiver in cash on them. Having that kind of money in cash is very unusual and likely the sign of a dealer. You don't see many of them walking around with chip and pin machines!

Makes no difference. You cannot be inside a motor vehicle period. Even keys in the boot would be enough. Being in charge of a motor vehicle while under the influence of drink and drugs still applies.

What are the child car seat laws in the UK? Here in America, children under a certain age and weight must be riding in the back seat in an approved car seat. Infants must be in backwards-facing seats up to a certain age; these laws vary by states. IIRC, here in California children under the age of 12 have to ride in the back seat.
Uh its more height based than anything else in the UK. They are supposed to be in seats, usually in the back but they can go in the front as long as the seat is facing the front of the car (so the kid can see out of the window and won't get crushed by the airbag). If a child is over 4ft 5 they don't need a booster seat or a car seat of any kind.
