Gina my husband said he wanted meat loaf and I said hold on I think Gina has recipe a ...Gina when I say we love your recipe 😱😱😱 I made mash potatoes corn and green beans and carrots we all like different veggies...thank you for your craft and talent💙💚💙💚
A friend tipped me off that she always uses poultry seasoning in her meatloaf. I tried it and it is amazing! I have always thyme, which is an underused herb, and garlic of course, usually in the form of garlic powder. I also have put carrots and celery, grated daikon, grated turnip, chopped radishes, shredded cabbage, grated broccoli stems, grated cabbage cores, etc. in my meatloaf. I make meatloaf when I am cleaning out old veggies from my fridge!
I have made this recipe and I must say.....IT WAS SCRUMPTIOUS. Definitely a winner, TY Gina Young
