I stayed on this beach for a month, in 1985. It was a nude beach with no hotels...nothing. We walked up to Kamilari to eat, go to the market and take an outdoor shower which was in the middle of the town and free.

That’s amazing, it is still a nudist beach just outside of Kalamaki towards Komos. I bet it was incredible with no houses, hotels just nothing!

Discovered Kalamaki by accident about 20 years ago. We meant to stay one night and ended up staying for a week 😄
We went back probably five or six times over the years with our children from babies to young kids then one year the pool was closed down for the summer and it looked like it might not reopen.
So happy to see the pool has reopened and I guess it’s time for another visit as it’s the most laid back charming restful place I’ve ever been in my life.

Hello! The swimming pool is on the right hand side as you come down the road from Kamilari just before you get to the main supermarket in Kamalaki.
