They're both good in man coverage but Stingley is the better overall athlete & his ball skills are some of the best in the league among CB's.. Sauce also got flagged 5 times this season while Stingley did once.
That was more the Texans getting out coached. DeMeco is going to be great, but he isn't at Harbaugh's level yet. Same with Stroud. Lamar is great, and CJ will soon be great.

Sting is legit injuries where always the main issue, but since he returned he has stayed on the field so that's a good sign.
He performed better the Gardner this year both in turnovers and passer rating

Stingley’s ball skills are the reason he was drafted before sauce. Skills pay the bills, hence why he had more interceptions in less games played.
