The tidal currents at the straits of Madagascar - make it happen. There is another strong tidal current somewhere north of Papua New Guinea.

İ just wonder why always it is thought with propellers. İt is much like a natural pump. So, why focusing and storing the tidal psessure in a box and use it to kick the tribunes not a much better solution?
