Thank you for this. I have been researching Velocity Banking for several weeks. You have been the ONLY teacher to say that if your credit is not great, start off with the debt snowball until you get your numbers up.

Hi Lee, Thank you! There is a time when Bankruptcy makes sense, but if you can avoid it or traditional debt consolidation then it is best to avoid. It will take 7 to 10 years to fully bounce back, but you can start rebuilding credit as soon as the Bankrupty is discharged and within a few years become lendable again to a limited degree. cannot do velocity banking without a HELOC or a PLOC---------they dont tell you that
@MrGuinn88 Thanks for your comment! Correct, a line of credit is required to practice the strategy. Some people use credit cards, but there is a limit to what you can do with credit cards. Combining a line of credit and credit cards is best. A line of credit can be a HELOC, PLOC, BLOC, or Cash Value Line of Credit from a properly design Whole Life insurance policy for Infinite Banking.
What do you mean by chunking? What if you you have a -$56.00 cash flow to start with what do you advise?

Not wise to start until you can have a more stable expectation of revenue and income. Until then you can still debt snowball whenever you can.
