Hi David, the Slider is always a great move to use! I am actually collecting some footage with the ascending and descending slider, which I love too. I will make another video with some intermediate-advanced moves including the ascending slider! I don't know if you agree with me, but sometimes is not so easy to perform this move keeping it smooth all the way to the end :)

I’ts hard to say, which shots I prefer. Each movement has is benefits in situations. But the slider is cool.

*I've used all of these but it always nice to see a refresher. 👍I personally like a "Slider" but also while ascending or descending.*
