Rome, I don't know you, but I'm SO proud of you... You carried the torch, AND moved the ball down the field, ALL while respectfully honoring Brad and Sublime's legacy AND writing your own... As a TRUE Sublime fan, I will ALWAYS be grateful for EVERYTHING you've done... "How Sublime With Rome Started" is a real life fairy tale, but how SWR ended is a damned shame, and I honestly think Brad would say the same if he were here... Much love from Nashville, Hoss... -Christian Key
I was at the Smokeout 09 festival. I saw the Sublime name on the lineup and had no idea what it meant. When you guys came on, that place began to vibe. Good times!
I’m so glad you were given these opportunities and that you worked for them! It’s very inspiring! I’m seeing you in July at the mid state fair in Paso Robles and I’m really excited to see you guys play!! Stay safe and well!
Thanks for this awesome insight! As a huge Sublime fan, I can imagine myself in your shoes and how each individual experience must’ve been absolutely…sublime. I admire your talent and humility through it all and you deserve all the blessings. Much respect to Eric and Bud for continuing the legacy! P.S. watching you perform at the concord pavilion with Rebelution and Pepper in 2015 is one of my most cherished memories ❤️💛💚
No disrespect intended, my man, but it didn't... If you look into what actually happened, it's a damned shame... I don't wanna talk trash or say ANYTHING bad about Sublime, but if ya get a chance, look up what ACTUALLY happened... I'll say this; Rome deserved better...
@@ck2music712Yeah what Eric did was a bit of a dick move. The moment Jakob came to the picture, he completely dropped Rome like the last 15 years didn't mean anything. And Jakob kind of trashing on Rome wasn't cool either. Rome didn't really do anything other than accepting a role that Eric and Bub offered him.
✨I was thinking all day that I just wanted Eric to do something like this and then here you are and I'm like oh yeah that's this is why 🎶 and I just feel really weird telling my friend's kid I

Hey if you're on the inside track like that would you have any insight on how Troy went from hanging backstage at the first show, to filing lawsuits and throwing shade in interviews?
You helped carry the legacy forward... And youve ALWAYS been respectful of the name and of Bradley...
Rome Rocks, Bro! My Respect!

Sublime for life!!!🙌

I'm very grateful for Sublime with Rome. I needed that at the time.

See you in st Pete man 🤘
you the guy rome
Can’t wait to see you guys in KC! It’ll be a celebration for sure!
Rome is so damn talented. He never tried to replace Bradley, he was playing with his favorite band.
Seems like part of him is to honor Bradley. He loves the band and he loves the music. He loves the fans.

Sublime for the win!
Great!
If we're being honest, Sublime died with Bradley. You are the breath of life that brought them back. Don't ever forget that.
I’m happy it all worked out for everyone.

Can’t wait for the Costa Mesa show at the OC Fair 🙌
Rome deserves a lot of credit for Sublime’s resurrection.
Rome rocking the katastro hoodie 😎🙌🧃👊
Is he standing behind the stage at Redrocks in Colorado? ❤
That shirt brother!!!

Troy was there??? That's interesting!!
I wanted to see y’all this year but you didn’t come close enough. 7-8 hour drive is a little much for me. 😢
Pretty wild seeing Miguel in the vid
You should keep playing Sublime songs and call it, Rome without Sublime or Sublime without Rome.
Second this so much bigger than sublime
Long beach punks seem like the best people.
No mention of Lewis Richards? Weird. Really weird
Who is Lewis Richards?

Let's not forget. Rome was in sublime longer then Brad..... Don't like this new nepo sublime.
Sublime with Rome isn't Sublime. It's a cover band. Hey a damn good one but not affiliated with the actual band. Or am I totally off base?
@@bryanbrogancan it still be considered a cover band if the surviving members were involved?
