44th National masters athletic Championship 2024 was organised by MAFI ( Masters Athletics Federation of India) at Shree Shiv chhatrapati sports complex, Pune, Maharashtra from 13th Feb 2024 to 17th Feb 2024. various athletes selected on the basis of respective State athletic meets participated in the event starting from age group 30+ . The venue for the event, shree shiv chhatrapati sports complex has an international standard athletic track and has hosted khelo India games 2019 among many other events . Various Runs ,Race walk, Javelin throw, shotput , long jump, high jump, pole vault , steeple chase etc were the events in which a lot of enthusiasm and energy of the participants were seen.
