Hi do I need to book or reservation we have been in Lake Tahoe but in hotels but my husband wants to camp where can I get information about that please 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
So there's a lot of campgrounds in Lake Tahoe. Some may be first come first serve but many require reservations (including the ones in this video). Some are public campgrounds with booking and availability found via Recreation.gov. Other's are private campgrounds with their own sites. Biggest thing is demand, if you're looking for this summer, you'll need to check sites everyday (or several times per day) for cancellations because these get booked like 6months to a year in advance. It's still possible to get a spot, you just really have to be on it and possibly be willing to pay more for a private campground. Check other sites like Hipcamp, and google lists of Tahoe campgrounds and keep an eye out for availability. It's a highly sought after camping destination.
What’s the name of this campground look beautiful from on top of the hill ❤
Beautiful campsite. But that smash burger was egregious. Patties should be 1/3 of that size and cooked on cast iron, not nonstick.
I agree with you on that 🙏 🍔
😂 thanks for being a good sport about it.

@@KevinToomey I thank you so much I appreciate your time that you took in answering my question
What campsite # were you at, at emerald bay
It was Lower Eagle Point site 45. Thanks for watching!
He's happy he's got wood
you've got a point
pay the man hormel
no lie, you're lucky to have her lol
Ditch the crocs and you'll stop tripping ;)
Touche - you got me on that one!
I read that dogs aren’t allowed at Emerald Bay SP Campground. I eliminated it as an option bc of that. Not true?
Unless the rules have changed - they allow them in the campground just not at the beach! Our pups loved it there
@@KevinToomey I think you’re right on with that distinction. Thanks!
@@exploringnewhites Happy to help!
Any update on the dogs? I am reading that they are not allowed but I am guessing they are referring to the actual beach not Kiva
