Sadly, the greatest thing ever was the tiny rocket pistol blowing up a big badguy 0.3 seconds before the final freezeframe that one time. But this is a close second though!
Someday Shoji Tabuchi will be world president, when the Aliens come he will persuade them into being peacefull with his bluegrass violin skills and his wonderful comedic style. If it doesn't work this guy 2:06 will have his back.
The thing is you wouldn't go to something like this now because it looks shit. Then 20 years later it's a meme and you missed out. So basically go to these if they're in your town.
Someone in Branson explain the point of this show to me. I can't seem to understand it. Like why would you have a business playing all inoffensive cover songs in a theater in the middle of nowhere? Why not write original music and take it on tour? Or even if you can't do that, why not set up a residence in Las Vegas or Reno? Why as a musician would you deliberately paint yourself into a corner like this, and play the same songs over and over again for the rest if your life? At the very least why would you keep the second worst haircut in the world?
Weird because Shoji Tabuchi's bio states he came to america around 1968 (and I believe this video was made in the mid 90s). And for someone who has been in the country for THAT long, he speaks such a broken english one has to wonder if he has a learning disability. After 20 years in the country you ARE fluent.
Actually, it's even stranger when I know people who've become fluent after 10, sometimes only 2 years. It seems like he's playing the broken English-accent to play off the novelty, otherwise people would see, I don't know, an average Jake Shimabukuro or whatever. I think Shoji really knows his audience though.
@@PinoyHyungParkNguyen Yeah one of his albums is titled "Rove Retters From Shoji" and there are people who knew him and say that in private he spoke English fine and that his accent was mostly just an act.
Shoji is the key to all this, if we can get Shoji working
I may have gone too far in some places
+RobAvedis he's the funniest character we've ever had, so...
+RobAvedis It's so dense, every sigle image has so many things going on.
+Disco its stylistically designed to be that way, but we can diminish the effects of it
RobAve because he's a funnier character than we've ever had before
"He's the embodiment of the American Dream." "Yeah, he is."
"Well I find the whole rather suspicious."
RLM brought me here.
Love you shoji
Tabuchi would make a great Bond.
Shaken, na-na-na-na not stirred.
Every frame is so dense
There are so many things going on.
He lives a house made up of VHS tapes
I can't wait till this is landed on for the Wheel of the Worst
Your wish has been granted.
It was the greatest thing ever
Sadly, the greatest thing ever was the tiny rocket pistol blowing up a big badguy 0.3 seconds before the final freezeframe that one time.
But this is a close second though!

I'm from the future and I'm here to tell you that all this pales in comparison to Surviving Edged Weapons
Shoji Tabuchi fucking rules.
Well that's staying in.
What an adorable human being. You go Shoji!
Love the dancing lady- minotaurs!
Dayum, those old ladies pointing and laughing at the man having a seizure are sick.
You know... with about 6 beers in my gut, this would be one helluva show to see live.

Because the house stays packed. Ol' Shoji has a pretty sweet gig going for himself, so why rock the apple cart?
is this real or did i dream this?
Why doesn't his kid look like him?
The Own he became so Merka after moving to Branson that all of his sperm DNA mutated into genetically white sperm.
His wife already had a daughter from a previous marriage.
never had any of his own with her?@@IsmailofeRegime
@@thetaytheist They had a son, Shoji John Tabuchi, but he seems to be uninvolved in the show business.

chefaopt I am not an american. I'm from Brazil. And as a coincidence, I speak japanese.
+ricarleite The length of time one has lived in a foreign land doesn't determine how fluent their speaking skills are...
