It's very valuable that you make lessons about college/university language, bc a many of us are just looking to learn the language by educational/professional purposes (and that would be a good market for you as well, as that's exactly the kind of people that is willing to pay for it).
I have heard recently on the radio from an elderly person that in Poland in the 1980's the teacher on his university used Peter Gabriel's song as a material for the class ;)

In my language which is polish it's red boots. But in the English language it should be the boots are red. In polish it is the way that short and in English it is the way that is long. Word.
