22:43 Coach, I keep hoping you will ask these very accomplished women if they feel they relate to non athletic women as well or if there are some barriers. Societally, women often male competence with aggression and I wonder if female athletes are typecast the same way.
As always great job you and CD do!

Some people don't like Shea Ralph. In high school she was used to being the star, and she thought it was gonna be like that in college. Big surprise. I was living in NC at the time, so I knew her name. I knew she had two quadruple doubles in high school (points, rebounds, assists & steals) I thought, UConn is gonna pick up right where they left off. But things don't always go the way you think they will. After Shea hurt her knee, she was never quite the same.

I know CD says she's comfortable at UConn and it's like family. I completely understand her. But normally a lot of assistant coaches take head coaching jobs at other schools to "leave home" and challenge themselves with their own programs. Personally I think deep down she doesn't want to leave or is afraid to leave bc she doesn't want to fail on her own. She's 10-0 at UConn taking over for Geno and knows only recruiting the best players, final fours, and national titles. I think she's a little scared to go get her own team. Maybe she's just waiting for Geno to step down so she can take over. All the other coaches went to other schools to get away from their comfort zones as Jamelle said. CD doesn't want to leave her comfort zone. She's had everything she needs and wants for 30 years. I think she's hesitant/scared.

If I had “everything I need and want for 30 years” then I hope I wouldn’t be dumb enough to leave it.

I think it’s just a great place to be. She has gigantic authority there. It’s like being the Commander under a Captain of the largest and most important battleship Carries more responsibility than being the captain of smaller vessels.
      Even though they outrank you.

None of that matters. Leaving is as much a personal choice as a professional one.
