    It's easy winning at a high level with the BEST players in the sport. Especially women's sports!! A small amount of organization with the most talent will make every coach look great. See the UCLA teams of the 60's-70's.

      Look at where UConn started when he took over. It was a losing school, not a powerhouse. He built it into something that allows him to recruit the best college athletes out there. Do some research.

      @@MuggsyTM Sir, I've done research! Rebecca Lobo was the transcending player that changed his program. Just like A'Ja Wilson changed things for SC. Most players are bandwagon. After success happens the better players want to join and the coach then is thought of as being great.
