As someone who was a teenager in the 60's when political and societal change was greatest after WW2, the music was visceral and relevant. I think The Who's "We Won't Get Fooled Again" perfectly captures the moment in the US right now. The current administration is doing a blitzkreig to try to overwhelm people to accept what they are wanting to implement. It is a revolution for the rich oligarchs - it will not last, as they are outnumbered and the majority also has the tools of modern technology. Stand up and be counted, this is your moment in history. Put pressure on your local politicians and scare them into realizing that they are your public servant and they will be voted out.

You say it is a revolution of the rich oligarchs. I see it as a revolution against bureaucrats who are a law unto themselves. Which of us is correct? It seems clear that at least some of the upper echelons of the FBI are corrupt and have targeted sectors of society that they don’t like. And the mainstream media has concealed many things from their viewers. All of this must be gotten to the bottom of. We need this renewal.

I have daughters that work for the government and they've been getting all these threatening e-mails from on top. It's kind of annoying when both of them are top notch in their jobs and have the awards to prove it. One daughter served in the army for 23 years and retired as a top NCO after numerous tours. All my kids could have made a lot more money in the private sector but they believe in what they are doing and the importance of their jobs. The real DEI jobs are those given to Trump loyalists that they are not qualified for. Virtually all the Cabinet positions are woefully unqualified with no background, experience or knowledge of very important jobs they are being asked to do. Even if I agreed with them on everything they would still have no business in such a position. Anyway, sorry, I get on my high horse. Also Pete, you are just as qualified to do a RUclips channel as I am. It's not like I'm some sort of expert on anything. I think all I have going for me is my love of music and the fact I've made sure I can't make any money doing this. That way I don't have to care if people don't watch it and that lets me play a lot more varied music.
