- I have so high anxiety that I didn't know what to do. I was freaking out before the trip and on the first day. sorry i don't have much trip footage.

Hello angel, it's so heartbreaking to see you in so much pain :/ But I can really ephasise with you about your anxiety because that's what happens to me and I can't really explain it but I know what it feels like -.- You just feel so alone and all you're left with is your mind which is full of paranoia, anxiety, depression and so many emotions all at once and you feel like you can't breathe and you just want to scream or crawl up into a ball and die.And I'm so so proud of you for allowing Yourself to go onto the trip and kick anxiety up the ass :3 I know you may not listen to me or believe me when I tell you that you're such an amazingly strong,beautiful and kind person and especially to me. Thankyou so so much for the support that you give to me because you've motivated me and helped me so much and it means a lot to me

Hey. I'm getting the exact same anxiety and I know it's really tough. It's so bad I find it impossible to get out of the house, you're not alone with that. But I'm glad you managed to go on your trip, that took a lot of strength. I hope you're ok and that you have fun

Those bears are so cute, I'm glad you went.. sometimes it's good for the soul to get away from your normal surroundings. I'm going through allot atm aswell, I am very anxious so much I have a rash all over my face, I understand how it can be... But we are stronger than we think
i guess.
