quite disappointing that the specialist doesn't give much advice in terms of what people with FSHD can take, thank you for making such an informative video!
It can get a little frustrating but luckily everyone in the community is very open about what has worked (and hasn’t) for them. Thanks for watching Lou :)
Hey i have fshd when i was 10 year old now i m 21 2 year ago i can walk around 20 - 30 min suddenly i got tuberculosis After all treatments i m fine now but i can't even stand My body getting weaker i want know these supplement good for me?
hey! I'm sorry to hear you went through that, it's great to hear you're doing a bit better now. I'm definitely not a doctor but I feel that creatine is something worth trying out. It's helped me with energy and feeling a bit stronger. If you can, I'd recommend getting your bloodwork done before trying any supplements, to see if you have any deficiencies to start with. From there I'd look into other supplements if you're interested. With all this being said, I do think that diet plays more of a role than supplements (for me personally). I find that if I'm generally eating healthy I have more energy and supplements will only make a marginal difference (if any). I hope some of that helps :)
@@dudeability If my kidney liver report in my blood test is normal then when should I do the next test or how much creatine do you take in a day or how much water do you drink?
