This was the theme song when I first started watching SmackDown in high school. High school was a complete depressing nightmare for me. But hearing this song and watching this era SmackDown really got me through some tough times. I will always be grateful that I got to watch SmackDown during its best era.
I used to jump on my mom's bed and do moves on the pillows and jump and fall down on the bed when smackdown was on......now I'm 23(24 this year) And i play the games because these bones can't move like they used too.

The only thing is that you might have these points all over your body so it might take time and willpower if you really want to recapture the same freedom of movement you had when you were younger. So, the book that I specifically recommended has pretty much all the trigger points you could possibly want to know about. There's more to it, especially if you got into unhealthy sexual habits which boys can easily fall into in this fallen world, which can effect the muscles around your groin, which will have a ripple effect on the rest of your body and can ruin the quality of your life slowly. i think 2007 was a bad year for wwe besides jeff hardy's singles run and orton's first real title reign as wwe champion then some good matches like the ones between cena and michaels, taker batista or even benoit and mvp to me i think 2008 and 2009 are way better than 07 i would rank the year as my least favourite from the years between 2002 and 2011

In my most humble opinion, SmackDown more often than not maintained the better roster, quality in-ring action, more solid storylines (not saying they were always perfect), better intros, better production and graphics...
I started to watch wrestling when a was 8 years old,i didn't really know the program in my countrys so i miss some episodes,even WM 24,after i got the program everything was stable...ii didn't stoped,and i tryed to never,and i mean NEVER miss and episode of Raw or Smack.. Do you remember Taker vs Edge fued ? The first rivalry that i saw,along side with Cena and JBL at raw Taker was fird after the match of One Night Stand of 2008...and i could not belive that he really was going away.. But when he come back later at SummerSlam..i felt that i'm seeing a god What a good memories...

This is what I'm talking about songs like this gets you hyped for WWE unlike the shity openings theme songs we got now for RAW and SAMCK DOWN they sucked they all went downhill after 2010
I'm not saying this is best SmackDown intro ever just because I grew up with it (I actually think it's still Everybody on the Ground), but this got me WAY more pumped to watch the show than the theme that followed it. That theme was a snoozefest compared to this.

I'm always going back to these times man in 2006, this was still my favourite SmackDown Version of Rise Up in My own opinion is this one too me this one was just a faster intro to the V1 version in Late 2004 to 2005, this was more badass, I prefer this version, but yh 2006 was great times really again when I got more into WWE in this year that I really remember more than 2002 through to 2005 I don't know why but yh, this was just when I felt more into the product now in 2006, yet some fans think it wasnt one of the best years in the 2000's but screw that, I still think its a underrated year yes there were things going on aswell Kurt Angle leaving WWE halfway through the year, which alot of fans didn't like, other issues maybe even PPV quality even aswell not being the best but still, To me still now in 2020 I really like 2006 in WWE because I followed more of it at this time so yh I turned 8 years old in 2006 was born in 1998 so yh

I started to watch wrestling when a was 8 years old,i didn't really know the program in my countrys so i miss some episodes,even WM 24,after i got the program everything was stable...ii didn't stoped,and i tryed to never,and i mean NEVER miss and episode of Raw or Smack..
Do you remember Taker vs Edge fued ? The first rivalry that i saw,along side with Cena and JBL at raw
Taker was fird after the match of One Night Stand of 2008...and i could not belive that he really was going away..
But when he come back later at SummerSlam..i felt that i'm seeing a god
