Someone pointed out that it might be referring to the storm/darkness they've experienced with their respective anxiety problems. I think that might be the case, and I absolutely LOVE that they look out at the storm, and then _turn around_ to be with their members. Anxiety is one of those things that rarely goes away completely, but you learn how to deal with it, and even if you look at the darkness every once in a while, if you have good friends, you can look at the good things in your life as well. I think that's what they were going for in the video, and I think that is a very touching message. 😭

Their vocals are so great because there's no stress at all, they are not having to shout or go up high where they might not be comfortable. It's supposed to be a comforting song so it needs to be stress-free. It's not meant to be High-Energy like what you were saying form their early songs. This is so laid back and conversational, no stress, just enjoying themselves at the mic with a sweet-intentioned, lovey-dovey song.

When Jihyo had surgery on her knee, you KNOW she had mobility problems for a time. I bet the members helped her just as much as the support staff, when she needed it. If you are talking about vocals, Jihyo is the Main Vocalist for a reason. If you are talking about Rapping, Chaeyoung is the Main Rapper for a reason. If you are talking about dancing, Momo and Mina are both considered Main Dancers. Nayeon certainly is in the running as an All-Rounder, I give you that, but she is not a Main in any position. She is the top Lead Vocalist of the group, I think.
