I think the first issue I have is the parts of BH that are in not 90210. Naively, folks possibly only know of 90210. The parts I know of in 90211 and 90212 are ghastly, at least residentially. Secondly, it’s my understanding that the homes in the BHPO rely on the city of Los Angeles for essential services like fire protection. If true I would never consider a home in the BHPO portion of BH. One of the very best reasons to buy in BH is the superb services you get from BH municipal administration. Paying a premium in annual property taxes? Beverly Hills is on of the very few places you get true value for the money. (Honorable mention is the Palisades.) For me, for someone who wants to be able to walk to dozens of stores and restaurants on a supremely temperate California day - ‘cause really who wants to fight for parking or valet services - is a home in the Flats. Sure, it’s quintessential BH and the very essence of what the world believes to be LA. Living in the Flats I may sacrifice a view (thinkin’ of the awesome homes on the Bird Streets) but a quiet Sunday lunch by the pool, the LA Times yet to read, steaks ready to grill and the dream really is made manifest. Your insightful videos are genuinely well and thoughtfully crafted. Well done, you.
Well said. Also, don't forget the amazing Beverly Hills school district. If you live in BHPO you better send your kids to private school, because the LAUSD is pretty bad. Another pro: You don't need to sort out recyclables - the city of BH does it for you!

What I like about your videos is the use of maps and how you clearly and simply point out the locations on the maps, keep posting.
Glad you like them!
