The Ministry of Roads and Transport must try as much as possible to educate the drivers plying on our roads. What I have seen in Ghana about the drivers plying on the double lane of our road is that when a driver overtakes a vehicle instead to move to the next lane on his right paving a space for the car moving at a faster speed to overtake him no The driver or the vehicle moving at a slower speed will continue to occupy the lane supposed to be the overtaking lane...If the driver moving at a higher speed wants to overtake the one the 3rd lane he has to use the 2nd lane as if they are in a car race.Under normal circumstances if a road has 3 lanes the first lane on your extreme right is for the heavy duty cars moving slowly, the middle lane is for the cars moving at the normal speed and 3rd lane is always liberal for the cars moving at a higher speed. As soon as you overtake, the driver should move back to the 2nd lane always making the 3rd lane free for the driver who wants to do overtaking. The Ministry of Roads and Transport should make this regulation work on our roads to avoid unnecessary roads accidents roads congestion and makes overtaking easier.

Did they force the governemmt to steal all the money meant for the project too
