Tory rejoining Cobra Kai in season 6 is
essentially Robby's dramatic arc in season 3 :
1. Kreese visited Robby in juvenile prison.
Kreese meets Tory in the parking lot.
2. Robby was traumatized by Daniel's betrayal
when he called the police. Tory is traumatized
by her mother's sudden death.
3. Robby felt unsupported by Johnny and Daniel. Tory feels unsupported by everyone in Miyagi Do.
4. Robby joined Kreese at Cobra Kai.
Tory returns to Kreese and Cobra Kai.
5. Robby regrets joining Cobra Kai after seeing Kenny beat up Anthony.
Tory will regret joining Cobra Kai after seeing Kwon injure Robby.

For #3, not necessarily. She was supported (or at least receiving support from everyone in Miyagi Do. She just didn’t (or doesn’t) fully taken it into strive from seeing the whole dilemma (YET)! of how it’ll play out right after she goes back, and how much it’ll affect/breaks everyone/everything apart. (I get it for looking after herself alone, even if have family on other side and her mom just recently passed away, but there are still a LOT of differences being made between both ends.
I mean we’ve all been there. It’s the full realization truthuality that half’s to be discovered later on.
Yes Kreese does still have sympathy for Tory (cause of their connection. However, do you not realize of kreeses journey bout eliminating what’s in the way (AKA, his weakness) (Johnny Lawrence). He’s just having her to fill in role for female division for cobra Korean Kai, not any other meanings afterwards. (She doesn’t know the people on the other team anyways) (sure she/they will later on in part 2) (but seeing who/what they are, Just a plain old puppet master, with ruthless karate murderers on the other side (mostly Kwon) (or if get my point across).
I’m excited, but mostly terrified/scared on how the Seikai Taikai, will play out.
I think since Tori was affected the most by cobra kai cheating to win, i think she is going to pull a fast one to cost cobra kai the tournament

I feel like the reason why Tory went back to Cobra Kai is because she thinks this is the only way she can honor her mother, and also, she has a connection with Kreese but in the end she will regret it. Also, why didn't anybody go after her?
She can still honor her mother by fighting on miyagi do she could’ve just given up the captain spot fight since the lapussos love Sam so much but sadly we wouldn’t get hawk on the main 6 I would’ve had him won the fight against demitri
I agree Hawk should have gotten it over Demetri, but the thing I didn't like was that nobody went after Tory instead Daniel and Johnny had to start arguing and Robby and everyone else left her.
Thats not why , Kreese convinced her that Myasgi do cant be trusted , she is blind by her own rage which he want to weaponise , Daniel tried to reason with her that there are many ways she can honor her mother because she isn't in her right state of mind , she was about to smash same face like she did that stone , it's a good thing Daniel caught her fist . Johnny holds a grudge on Daniel because some of his students from Myagi do get to go to sekai takai and not his eagle fangs students

She was too angry to be comforted. You can't calm a person when they are full of rage. Robby called her many times but she ignored his calls and everyone was dealing with something. She could have spoken to her boyfriend or Devon who was her closest friend

It’s nothing personal. They’re only really enemies by playbook. Tory doesn’t care about the past when it comes to her. She just doesn’t like that the Miyagi Do subbed her out because of what Kreese said about their bias. She’s fighting for her mother.

She saw Daniel blocking a punch that could’ve been a point. Them telling her the fight should stop and to find another way. She was pissed.
That’s because she only really thinks the only way to settle things is to fight.

Not mostly neccessarily. It’s mostly cause on how it mostly would’ve affect going on between the spring captains match between her and Sam. (Seriously injuring Sam, by punching way too hard in the face, when might’ve not meant to).
She can still fight how she likes (like how Johnny loves to see it,) however, there are some sympathy of how to handle everything around you (both in and out). (And the passing away situation just makes it way harder and worse to comes to grasp with later on).
Plus, you cannot deny that Johnny was out of line/character afterwards, so as (maybe) not anyone going after her after she storms off. (Including Sam, Robby, Amanda, or anyone else). (Get it for being alone, (like you were before, however, hiding away and bottling it all up, is never the answer. (She has to let it out/lay it out on the mat during the tournament for the sake of her mental health (especially her emotional health).
The comment I mentioned earlier was suppose to be bout what you mentioned at #3.

Daniel said that Tory would miss the entire Sekai Taikai! As shocked as I was, I completely understood why she would return! Her victimized mother telling her as a child that they were fighters was like Johnny telling Cobra Kai students to flip the script.

My theory;
Miguel n Johnny both leave Miyagi Doh and for different reasons;
1) Johnny to retake Cobra Kai n boost his ìncome
2) Miguel leaves to win n boost his academic reputation for college acceptance plus he could rehookup with Tory.
Plus...the show is called 'Cobra Kai'...🤷♂️
There was a time when I thought the show would end with Cobra Kai back in Johnny's hands, but I'm not so sure now, given that he willingly gave up Eagle Fang as it was "just an off-shoot of Cobra Kai".

Just because it's the title doesn't make them the heroes. There have been several times where that was not the case. "Hook, Terminator, Alien, and Predator" to name a few.
One super overlooked part of possibilities is Silver. I don’t think his story is done here. At least a trial or something, but I do not believe he will be left entirely out of season 6

What does that mean?
Kreese does many things, but he will never harm or hurt Tory and ship her with a guy she doesnt want. But its possible Kwon likes Tory and makes that move because he wants to. And if Tory rejects Kwon, you can be sure he cant take that. Anyone has the right of his favorite sencario, and mine would be Robby and Kwon later fight to the death, like Daniel vs Chozen in 1985, and Robby uses karate like Miyagi wanted it, to "defend yourself and others", in his case Robby would defens himself and Tory.

@@joeclark2590 Did you see the new leaked fotos? There is one from the Sekai which shows a big scoreboard with "Sensei Lawrence". Below its his old CK logo, and on top "Tie Breaker". It would be such a funny move if Johnny joins the event with an American CK while Kreese is Korean CK. This would match with the foto which shows Miguel with that old gi and the captain bandana. So Tory could fight for the American CK team as female captain, and Miguel as male captain.

Tory was missing for days and nobody thought of her mother passing away. She was a mess and everybody was asking what's wrong, but it was so obvious!! I think that it was a mistake that Tory didn't reach anyone (her boyfriend, friends etc) tho because that fed her grief and sadness. That made her lose her mind!
Tory must be 18 years old already. Otherwise wouldn't she and her brother be placed in foster care if they had no other relatives to care for them as minors?
It was pretty heartbreaking that after everything she’s worked hard for to throw this at Tory. My hope is that as the season progresses that she comes to terms with this new tragedy. Tory has always been my favorite character in this whole show and from day one I’ve been in her corner. I look back at my own teen years going from 13 to my high school senior year I went through some stuff like most teens do but for me it just got so tough that I literally was at a point where there were lotta people, teachers counselors, and even my peers trying to reach out to me, but I wouldn’t have it. It makes sense after what Tory went through to that she would get to appoint where she would revert back somewhat. Also, aside from karate taking care of the family was what was on her shoulders from her debut. Now she no longer has that she really doesn’t have a purpose anymore and I think she is just temporarily going back to what’s familiar, keep in mind too, that she and Robbie are still together, somehow I think Robbie will be the one who brings her around. Because if you notice he had a look of concern when he saw her as part of cobra Kai, I think he’s going to play a huge role in her redemption path and she will find her way back to Miyagi Do.
I hope Tory Redeems herself
Daniel didn't drive Tory away , everybody was concerned , it's when Amanda get a call about tory's mother's death that's when he had to stop the fight and Johnny isn't helping matters either , kreese got inside his head too causing Johnny to turn on Daniel thinking he was second fiddle to him when all Daniel was did was trying to help and Johnny should never disrespect myagis name . Tory is responsible for her own problems but her anger makes it difficult.
The question that we as Cobra Kai fans need to ask and that we should be thinking about is how does the Cobra Kai creators plan to conclude the story without leaving loopholes in the final season?

Tori is weak minded. Way way way off balance almost all of the time. The only thing she has is intimidation. Their is no way if it comes down to it that she should or could beat sam. Period.
I think after she finds out what Kreese did to her mom (if that theory happens), she'll most definitely be going back to Miyagi-Do to tell the senseis and her friends what went down on that bad situation.

I was just thinking if we maybe got fooled about the ST😅 the announcement was actually on TV and the guy said that they will test the teams so they can pick the actually fighters for the real tournament which will be a single competition again. So maybe they will hold the final not in Barcelona but someone [ maybe silver] is bringing it back to the valley

@JonTalksEverythingPodcast Yall throw that "bAd WRiTiNg" term around way too loosely nowadays. Not agreeing with a story beat/conflict doesn't automatically mean bad writing. Several things:
1. Tory and Kreese have already been established as having something of a surrogate father/daughter relationship dating back to season 3 when he helped with her living situation and roughed up her 69 God landlord. He was the one who encouraged Tory to finish her match on her terms while Silver was pressuring her to cheat in the All Valley finals. So even tho she wouldn't trust Kim, she would trust Kreese to an extent.
2. Her mother JUST died. And broken ppl don't usually make the best decisions when they're at their lowest.
3. Kreese is a master manipulator and has a doctorate in gaslighting. Their initial interaction he played to Tory's insecurities with Sam and the LaRussos. So the seeds were already planted in her head. All he had to do after that was wait (like he did with Robby in season 3). And once Daniel stopped the fight, all that confirmation bias came flooding out. And it also didn't help that Johnny and Daniel couldn't find a proper compromise for the situation due to philosophical differences.
In closing, Tory was already in a deeply vulnerable state and Kreese merely took advantage of that, as he is want to do. If anything, that's them UNDERSTANDING the characters.

I find it pretty dumb that Tory switched back to Cobra Kai. Because lets say she wins the Sekai... what will she have after that? Lost all the friends that who cared about her, stuck in a terrible dojo with douches, especially that Sensei that she even fought agains last season.
I still believe Kreese will die by the end of S6, as they've been setting up a redemption arc for him since S3, but he's been so evil for so long he'll have to die to achieve it.
I think that Tory’s turn will cause Sam Larusso to join Cobra Kai too because when Miguel gets hurt by Kwon and Kim Dae Un’s Cobra Kai Korean students, Sam will blame her father for Miguel’s injury and this will cause Terry Silver to plant seeds of doubt in Sam causing her to join Cobra Kai. I also believe that it’s a real possibility that Mr. Miyagi’s dirty secrets will cause Sam Larusso to join Cobra Kai because Sam will be thinking that Mr. Miyagi was a liar and a thief and that her father is a phony. I believe that Terry Silver will try to use Mr. Miyagi’s dirty secrets to taint Miyagi Do as evil and corrupt in order to get people to get on his side. That’s a good theory right there. I think that would be a great idea.

She joined because what kreese said to her! And in the heat of the moment it felt to her like that and Johnny put oil in the fire as well , so she had nobody left but kreese! But remember that she told Robby so i don't know why he didn't tell Daniel after that! But maybe there is a 1 percent that she is working with someone to bring kreese down that time😊 silver? @@maxkelley2003 Johnny realized Tory needed to let her anger out, but instead of trying to continue the fight with Sam, he should have taken her aside, away from the other students, and said, "Let loose on me." It might take a while, but she would have gotten it out of her system with someone who could handle her in "rage mode", and she would have then been more open to people trying to comfort and support her.
I feel bad for Tory since her mom died but not that she had her boyfriend Robby and was friends with Miguel and Sam she should have talked to them. I know she still has some dark demons from being in Cobra Kai like her temper but seeing her friends and boyfriend and Amanda since she helped her would be the better solution the rejoining John. Kreese did get inside her head but Daniel and Amanda would have helped her if Tory Let them me. She let Amanda in and she improved a lot I know it was just to get her back in school but Tory did change for the better. I really hope she rejoins Miyagi Fang. The core 4 were the best group of friends even though they had their differences.

I have a crazy theory of what’s going to happen: I think something is going to happen in the tournament to where Kreese either dies or gets arrested and almost all of Cobra Kai gets disbanded. I think Tory won’t be able to fight in the finals against Sam due to her registering with Cobra Kai and no longer being able to rejoin Miyagi Do. That’s when I think Johnny takes back control of Cobra Kai and becomes Tory’s personal coach. Cobra Kai never dies!
Her rejoining cobra Kai I think is gonna lead to the redemption of John Kreese. I think master Kim or Kim da Eun is gonna do something to Tory that makes Kreese sick to his stomach. Maybe Kim or her grandfather plotted her mother’s death
You wrote this over two weeks ago but still: Yes thats my bet too. Many _Cobra Kai_ fans dont know there exist a never published scene from season 5 when Tory told Daeun her sick mom Grace was the reason she couldnt fight Sam, and Daeun reacted ice-cold and saw Grace only as obstacle. Why did they hide this scene to the audience and it wasnt seen in the final cut? Imo beacuse Daeun killed Grace, and this will be Kreeses redemption to hunt Graces killer.

@@tristanbrewersmith8982 If you ask me, and this is only specualtion, I think actually the old master Kim will fight Chozen in the end, and Chozen will kill him with the scroll technique, that we havent seen yet.
Another technique we didnt see yet is The Drum. The Crane Kick was seen now many times, also the kata from KK3 (Sam taught it Tory in S6), but The Drum is missing. And if I have to bet money, Robby uses it to beat Kwon in a no-rule fight to the death in the end, defending himself and Tory.
But we will see. So or so I would also like it if Silver and Kreese would make peace in the end. But we are on the same train Daeun is the nr 1 candidate for killing Grace. I dont think it was Sunyung because he wont travel to the USA, but Daeun was imo with Kreese and they used the private jet Silver provied in S5, this would explain how Kreese could travel to Korea and USA without problems.

Hate these writers man, terrible writing man, makes no sense for her to go back to Kreese.
I think it makes perfect sense. She's forced to play second chair to someone who she is more talented than due to favoritism. She endures a great personal tragedy right before her opportunity to shine. Right after she loses her mom, the people playing favorites take away her opportunity while claiming they are protecting her. She has another chance to realize her goal and she takes it. It's a pirate move, for sure, but it does make sense.

Tory was on the phone with someone about Brandon staying with them for a few days (probably the mother of one of Brandon's friends) when she came home and saw her mother died. She could ask the same one to watch him while she's in Barcelona.
