Love the show. I might suggest showing maps from time to time. Not living there but having visited in the past I have a very vague idea of where things are but not for sure.
The updated studio looks very nice but now it has a cable access vibe. I think because they're sitting right against the walls and the lighting. Before seemed like a more open studio.
I think it would great if you put up a map of the areas you are referring to... being from out of state we have no idea where these places are compared to Disney property. Thanks!
I live at the intersection of Pleasant Hill and JYP. Traffic is terrible, but the county is working on it. Poinciana Blvd is only getting worse with the new development they are starting near the train station.
So sad that when we move to Orlando next year that we won’t be able to get a WDW annual pass :( we will just have to enjoy everything else FL has to offer. Listing our house in May so I will reach to start the looking process as soon as we get closer
I looked at blogs covering Southern Dunes homes. Unfortunately I did not like it they're not updated. I'm going to have a big problem looking in Orlando because my budget is not huge but my taste in homes is. I guess I have champagne taste and a budget for beer 😔
I live in a community with $250 a year HOA. As you get into gated communities, you could see $100 to $200 a month. Gated communities become responsible for any and all road work.

Great idea!
Excellent idea!
And some area and home pictures
I definitely like the idea of using maps to help us get our bearings.

I miss the old studio. Like the old saying, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it

Love the 60’s vibe in the studio

Does it make sense to move to Orlando with the crazy growth & traffic? Oh, and the weather?
Great show!!! Good information as always.

What are the best safest areas to stay if you want something under $200,000? In my area (NH) you can find homes, decent ones, from 80,000 to 150,000.
Is Sean still a travel agent for dreams?
What about the HOA's for some of these places?
