This video is a little different than the usual yoga practices on the mat. By on the mat, I mean the asanas (postures) practice.
This is an off the mat video, which is yoga in daily life. It focuses on the chakras and yoga‘s connection to astrology.
This has been something that’s been resurfacing in my practice, I’ve been doing workshops on yoga and astrology, and so I look forward to sharing more videos like this with you along with meditations and more mudras that connect to chakras, astrology, and support overall well-being.
