I agree with you! I was 16, I really liked this girl but, she lived 45 minutes away. I was wandering around at night, and I stumbled upon a car with key's in it, I quickly hopped in, started the ignition, hit the gas and peeled out of the parking lot. I had weed on me in the car, and a motive that changed my life forever. I had no license, just a thought of being with a girl I really liked. I drove out to her, picked her up, we had a good time, I dropped her off, and parked the car. I fell asleep int he car for a little bit, and woke up too, 3 officers knocking on the car window. I heard this song while assisting my oldest son who graduated HS and has Asperger’s with searching for work through a program set by his school and our county. The lyrics just hit home thinking of him, his brother (High Functioning Autistic) and their younger sister. Instead of using his music videos to portray the “hot and popular” guys and girls he used people who have had self doubt in there physical appearance and religion among other things. I am so glad to see Shawn use his platform to lift people up and show them how loved they are and how needed they are in the society we live in. This video personally spoke to me as I have had physical appearance issues and kids come up to and tell me that I’m not equal to them or I don’t deserve the same treatment as them. Thank you Shawn for lighting us up and using your platform to portray us in a good manner and make us feel wanted and loved. 🧡

I was 16, I really liked this girl but, she lived 45 minutes away. I was wandering around at night, and I stumbled upon a car with key's in it, I quickly hopped in, started the ignition, hit the gas and peeled out of the parking lot. I had weed on me in the car, and a motive that changed my life forever. I had no license, just a thought of being with a girl I really liked. I drove out to her, picked her up, we had a good time, I dropped her off, and parked the car. I fell asleep int he car for a little bit, and woke up too, 3 officers knocking on the car window. I still had weed in the console, and I knew at that point there was know going back. The song Dangerous on my page is what I wrote this about, thank you all stay positive!
