Found myself swimming in a lake of noises. Today I feel very drepressed. I'm 23 and I don't even know what to do with my life, I feel incomplete, I feel empty. This song make me feel really understood. I can't explain what I feel right now. This music seems can tell what I'm not able to tell. Thank you Ben for this incredible piece of music.
God ... this is so weird. I feel things while listening to this, things I haven't felt before and things that feel familiar. Like the time I had my first kiss, or when I first felt alcohol take effect, the same feeling when I had close ones pass away, when I experienced break ups. A feeling of weightlessness, a numb tingling in my feet or small shocks throughout my entire body, a warmth building within my very core and a cold chill running down my spine. Great fucking stuff ... what music can do to you is amazing.
Ödd Moss same here.. what other artists are you into? I absolutely love Celer, Thomas Koner, Sleep Research Facility, Kammarheit, Robert Rich, Tim hecker, Oophoi, Tor lundvall
+NGC_1277 I'm really just getting into this so I only know Ben Frost and Tim Hecker, but I also love Grouper, Boards of Canada and Teebs for the same reasons (although Teebs is much more beat-heavy). Will have to check out those artists though
I wonder if Tim Hecker was inspired by this when making Harmony In Ultraviolet. This style sounds similar, maybe less effected and a little more aggressive. Regardless, this song gets me really emotional. Thanks for putting this feeling into music, Ben.
I often wonder how people can become so easily annoyed by what people write in response to a video on the internet. Especially if those words aren't intended to hurt or annoy anyone. I'd rather hear a thousand "clichés" than bitter words from a cynic.
+Wu man Maxo i'm assuming you're trolling, but in case you're not ...there's actually a clear bass line and rhythm if you listen to more than 45 seconds of the damn track

It`s like mental food.. The feeling that it gaves you is like eternity itself. Your soul leaves the body and just fly..
Undoubtedly the most emotionally impactful, beautiful piece of music I've ever heard. It's astounding.

Listened to this after eating 4 grams of mushrooms. 10/10

it shouldn't end suddenly.
+blackflag jack True.
+blackflag jack i do agree to that but there is a subtle beauty in the way it ends
Joel Zachariah aye; it’s the end of everything
It doesn’t on the record. It fades out into the sound of fire crackling which fades into the next song

No bass line, no rhythm, not music
+Wu man Maxo not all music has rhythm, it has a tempo and a melody- that makes it music
+Wu man Maxo Woah man, it's incredible how much "I don't know a shit about music" one can fit in a single sentence.
