That is in Vela Draga, part of Nature park Učka in Istria.
Cava Ledeni Nature park Ucka, this part (and craig) is called Vela draga.

Jon Murua first ascend on this route was by italian alpinist emilio comici, tower is called big tower or comici’s tower.
