Hi, did you have a leak problem on the vacuum bagging or the gum tape? In such a large surface area like that, a tiny leak can be very frustrating to find the leak location. I had a hard time to find the small leak problem. Do you have tips on leak problem?
That's absolutely brilliant! Infusing everything at once gives you the chemical bonds. Once a surface sets up, glassing over is solely a mechanical bond. Mechanical bonds are very strong but require roughly ten times the wetted area to achieve the same strength. Even then it creates a differing stiffness shifting any vibration, flex or twisting moments to the surface adjacent to the mechanical bond. I love how you guys build boats!
