I don't think it is possible for a human being to hold their breath for so long while chanting this extended mantra, or other extended mantras, such as the Rudram, simultaneously. Are there breaks in recitation that have been cut out of the recording, perhaps? Or is this extended recitation capacity the result of pranayama?
