As a person that had a friend in high school that had been a vegetarian for YEARS and people, for some reason, would “prank” him by putting meat into his food, it’s not ever funny. Like, the body isn’t used to processing meat anymore, after so long, and it literally made him sick.

I ordered McAllisters at a drive through a year ago and asked that I could get a sandwich with no meat since I was vegetarian. When I got home I had a bad feeling and took the sandwich apart to find a hidden piece of beef skewered in the middle where I wouldn’t have seen it. People get so pressed about my dietary choices and it’s honestly made me more outspoken about vegetarianism and the horrors of factory farming.

The vegan teacher is very rude I agree but most people who choose to do the same diet aren't like that and it's very disrespectful to be rude to us for one person's actions. There are people who do these kinds of stuff as horrible as it sounds. I've had people rub meat on me at school knowing I'm vegetarian to make me uncomfortable and what happened to that man in the video is one of my biggest nightmares. I don't mean to be offensive or anything I just want you to understand things like that are not uncommon fr people who choose to be vegetarian, vegan etc.

I’ve been vegetarian since birth, and in fourth grade, my “friend” told me to close my eyes. Me being the naive fourth grader, I did. She put sausages in my mouth, knowing I was vegetarian. I started chewing and realized it definitely was meat of some sort. I opened my eyes, and as I ran to the trash can, I was already crying.

Imagine if that person had medical problems and thus had to change their diet based on that. It could potentially kill someone depending of the nature of those issues. I’m also a part-time vegan🤣My mom's vegan and my dad's vegetarian, but they don’t force us to only eat vegan food so I only eat nonvegan food when I’m at school or when we have nothing to eat at home.
What does it mean to be a part time vegetarian?
I hope people know that not every vegan is like that vegan teacher. They choose* to live a lifestyle that does not include animal cruelty. They're empathizing with the animals (in most cases) what they're doing is good. The bad thing is the vegans that force people to change their diet. Nothing ever works if it's forceful and you are just dumb if you think otherwise. It is similar to trying being better with yourself(getting in a good place mentally,being gratetful..) it all has to come from a place of love.

As a vegan, literally one of my biggest fears is eating meat. It seems intense, but I’ve literally had nightmares of people forcing me to eat meat.

You know what my biggest fear was when I had covid pneumonia it getting worse and me having to go to the hospital but I didn’t have to go it was the worse sickness I had.
