She is a good person deep down, she loved Viserys, she loves her children and wants to protect them and in this episode her goal is to make peace with Rhaenyra and to makes her an acceptable peace offer. She finally opposes Otto and takes charge of things. She is horrified when she discovers what Otto played in her back. In this episode she wins over Otto and saves the life of her children with one of the greatest act of courage I ever saw at the end of the episode by putting herself in front of the dragon. What a badass move! Alicent is a great character.
Her father killed their firendship with his marriage to Allisonent, she loved reha, they should have been together as two loveing queens controlling the men and rhe kingdom together
