Seeing all the comments about Akira on this specifically really makes me feel good. While I don’t feel really into it enough to call myself a proper DBZ fan, Burst Limit meant a lot to me growing up and pretty much taught me the little I know about it all. One of these days I’ll pick up the actual show since with how much I loved the energy of the game, I don’t doubt I’d be hooked. Toriyama may have not been as large of a part of my life as the rest of you, but I’ll always be grateful to him for the memories I can now cherish thanks to this game.

Love that i see people come back to this amazing masterpiece of a song and to talk about the unexpected passing of Akira Toriyama, i still can't believe he's really gone now...at least he's in Other World. He's the reason i learned about, know about, and watch anime. Thank you for creating mine and millions of people's childhood, you absolute legend, the true goat of mangaka..Akira Toriyama..

I wrote this in another vid, but I just have to say it here as well. I am not a big creator or a big author, but it is thanks to Akira Sensei that I found my pastime in creative writing, world building, and making characters that inhabit the worlds I made. Akira Toriyama influenced not just manga or anime, but media as a whole. Akira Toriyama helped make a ton of of people's childhoods for many generations not just in Japan or the USA, but the entire world (I am Mexican American so I would know). Let's grieve, but at the same time let's celebrate the fact that he brought us such beautiful pieces of work that influenced many other magnificent pieces of work. Let's come together to praise his legacy and the fact that we are lucky enough to see it all. Thank you Akira Toriyama for everything and until we meet again.
This game had so much potential. I really feel like they could have made a sequel or something. The graphics were amazing, the gameplay...well maybe it could have been better, and the cutscenes were so well done, what with wording and movements. I don't consider it one of my favorites, due to the very minimal content in the game, only going to the Broly saga.
I missed this game, Dragon Ball Z Burst Limit. BL has the best cinematic cut scenes in story mode right next to Budokai, Infinite World, and Xenoverse series. But Project Game Z (upcoming Dragon Ball game this year in 2019) might going to have the best looking cut scenes, because it is getting developed by Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm developer, Cyber Connect 2.

This theme song has really grown on me over time. I love how it has a more melancholic vibe to it, as if looking back and reflecting on past battles, yet still has that classic DBZ rocking energy to keep on fighting and forge new stories to look back on
I'd say that to this day the character models in this game look incredible, they are propably the part of the game that aged the best. I even prefer them to quite a handful of other DBZ titles that got released after Burst Limit.
The character models from this game were my favorite of any Dragon Ball game. The voice acting paired with their models just hit so hard. Never have I seen a better Super Saiyan transformation scene from Goku.

Everyone has their first DB game. Maybe it was FighterZ for some, or maybe Budokai Tenkaichi. But for me, Burst Limit wad my first! I feel so nostalgic hearing this song. I used to play this on Xbox 360 all the time! The Dramatic Scenes, some of the cutscenes, and gameplay, and the music get back in the days of old when i played this game. I wish they would rerelease it or make a sequel!
