❤Another fabulous video! And of course, I love it when you cover my new village of Well Point!😅 I saw a Villages video a while ago saying St. Tropez was going to have a French Riviera theme.
I believe those houses are a new series that have not been introduced by The Villages yet. They are going to be called Garden Villas. Cottage Villas are Frame and Vinyl and have fenced in yards as opposed to Cottage homes with no fenced in yards. There are new Cottage Villas at the NW intersection of Corbin Trail and McNeill Drive.
That's true for most of The Villages: Looking at a wall or the side of your neighbor's house. But if you have more money, a Designer home on a larger lot...but it'll cost you big-time. You decide if it's worth it. -- BR
Awesome video! I have been waiting for the area south of the well point pool, wondering if there were going to be courtyard villas and Verandas. Now in your video I can see the walls. So you have answered my question. Thank you so much!! Time to sell my present home and head that way. Thanks Jim O.
I struggle to understand why people want to live in housing that looks like a trailer park or military barracks?? I don't get it? And to think, people love living in this too! WʘW
Looking forward to seeing Lagrange and Lakeside and how they, along with Edenfield are platted!
Thanks for the update!

That makes sense
Those new homes look interesting but wow are those close. You’re gonna be looking at walls or your neighbors.

Happy to help, good luck with the sale!
The pond at St Tropez rec center is for remote controlled boats.
That’s pretty cool. Like the place in Spanish Springs
Why no lights to play amenities at nite
To facilitate quiet nights for residents.
And houses real close
