Bellucci's role is an italian woman and for the sake of the odiance and JB to understand her, she speaks english in the movie, and Seydoux has a similar case in her hands. I beleive both of their roles entitle them to keep their accents and of course why pay an english native speaker pretend they have a french or italian accent and not get the 'real thing'?
