I think he explained years ago about this in one if his video. He does measuring out of camera. He puts the ingredients on the scale, looks at the weight, takes the required amount and then looks at the rest. the difference between the initial and final weight, that's the amount he uses
can I ask for a video on how you clean different kitchen items so they don't rust or become damage? I live with my disabled mother and I grew with little parenting so I don't really feel confident about cleaning items + I ruined some of my favorites. also thank you!!! your videos always calms me down when I'm sensory overloaded.

Putting mirin into pancake batter isn't something I would've thought to do before, but now I have a way to use up all my mirin bottles sitting in the fridge from sushi rice attempts lol.
Will have to see if i can get Miren out here in the Australian bush, the likelihood is slim but i have saved for when the trucks are on the roads delivering & petrol is not so expensive. Thank You, i really prefer gluten free vegan cooking, look forward to making this. I hope your well (>‿◠)✌
