- For Chick-fil-A Cicero Owner-Operator Jimmer Szatkowski, the opportunity to hire remarkable people and find ways to develop them has always sparked his interest. Since opening the first Chick-fil-A in Upstate New York, 11 individuals who at some point worked under Jimmer’s leadership have been selected to run their own Chick-fil-A restaurants.
Although he received an unexpected diagnosis a few years ago, Jimmer discovered he could still help grow and develop leaders.
