  • A little shakey after my run today but still got it 😉
    Equipment ⬇️
    Plastic cup of water or water bottle (if indoors)
    💪 Place cup/bottle on side of foot
    💪 Fully extend leg inline with hip
    💪 Kick cup/bottle away with sole of foot
    Would LOVE to see some videos ❤
