Epica is my favorite band, Simone is an amazing singer studio and live. Too few people react to "Once upon a nightmare" from Omega Alive. It is a beautiful ballad. I really hope Maggie finds the time to react to it some day. Vocals are clear and it uses different techniques. Maybe she also finds similarities in the composition with classical pieces.
For a mix of clean and growl vocals from the same person, I'd recommend listening to Ad Infinitum. Such an underestimated band. Female main vocalist. Eternal Rains is a good starting song
Hi Maggie! Great reaction as always and informative. Just a little heads up with the growl comparison. Tatiana does actually have a lower growl and it gets displayed on other songs. She has stated that she prides herself on "NOT sounding like a girl." If you would like a great example, Vortex and Home Back are two great examples of her deeper growls. You're reactions are awesome... but you need to get a full spectrum of Epica and Simone. ❤🤘
