Productivity is often defined by always being busy or "on the grind".You have limited time and energy.If you choose to
spend that time on a lot of different,unimportant tasks(social media scrolling,etc)you will make small progress in a lot
of things.BUT if you TRULY WANT TO ACHEIVE YOUR DREAMS you need to FOCUS ON LESS.It's simple...you do less you have more
TIME and EFFORT to put in those things that ACTUALLY MATTER TO YOU.Simple but as always...not easy.
