I’m proud of you being able to let go of the seriousness. The mind will get serious from time to time, I learn to allow that as well, and say “oh the mind is getting serious again, but that’s not me. Let’s observe how long it wants to spin in that serious loop until it stops, like a spinning top out of momentum.”
