My grandfather Dr Quazi Motaher Hossain gave the mathematical equation Fisher sought. Hossain's chain rule provided what Fisher dreamed. Q.M. Hossain wrote his doctoral thesis alone, without a supervisor and was invited to an international conference presided by Fisher, when he declared that he imagined the chain rule, but Hossain formulated the mathematics (statistics) and during the conference Fisher personally congratulate Hossain for his effort, claimed and considered 'impossible' by Fisher . My grandfather confided to me.
Thank you for a very instructive video. Professor, I am also a newbie and wonder how you derived the Effect Tabulation numbers (that generated the graph) from the raw data generated from the matrix. Thank you in advance.
In that Nissan Logo example how do we find which factors are to be considered for the experiment. Here in the t ample given how do we find that the first 4 factors to be considered for the experiment.
Thank you sir, but I have a doubt here. When you talk about confounding of factors which lead to a confusion on factors influencing the response. When you try to find the interactions between the factors these confounding of factors tend to happen right. So, what we do at that time?
I am a newbie to this topic. I would like to apply this in the field of hydrology. Say I have some 4 parameters which is required to be calibrated in order to achieve Nash Sutcliffe Coefficient, R square as high as around 0.80 to 0.90 in between. Any one here with an experience in applying DOE in the field of hydrology. Please help me.

Thank you Dr. Bagchi for elucidating the DOE very succinctly.
Very interesting and amazingly expressed the difficult thing into so simplest way.
Thank you very much Prof. bagchi, for a lucid explanation of DOE.
Useful information
thank you for uploading this..informative and useful in my day to day work
Thank you so much...! Truly informative & very well explained.
Thank you very much, very simple way to make me understand about DOE. Really appreciate your and your team efforts prof....:)
Very Knowledgeable and easy to understand

Thank you very much. very well explained!!
Amazing lecture.............waiting to see more

Nice video .. must watch...
what are the old designs where we need to know Annova ?
really a great professor.
Thank you Sir..
the video is very interesting.
